This piece is emotional for me and took a long time to process. it went through many stages after it had already had a lifetime on the streets serving the community as a part of mass communication. At one point I was painting in my workshop garage with my heater screaming to keep it warm in 15-degree weather with the paint freezing on contact. I looked at the face of this character and let the emotions fly and the paint do what it wanted to. the final piece is a one-of-a-kind piece that no one will ever have.
